Co- managing your change project
Our co-management of your change project
improves the quality of the targeted change, the innovativeness
of the chosen solutions, the commitment of the team, the change
in thinking and culture. The project goals can target product(s)
or process(es) innovation, strategic co-operation, new strategy
development and implementation, managing diversity, transformation
of organisational culture.
In the project we will:
- Work with the team and individuals on bottle necks
and challenges of the project.
- Trouble shoot and coach team or individuals whenever the "new"
conflicts with the "old" in a way that it jeopardizes the project.
