Our Experience with lectures
As speakers we give the lecture change, innovation and creativity on various occasions. Inspirational lecturing about change
Our lecture will open up the discussion
to talk and think about change from your own business perspective.
The lecture will be interactive, giving the audience the experience
of what change is all about.
In the lecture we will address:
- Outlook and trends on society, business and organisations;
- Approach to change and success factors
- Examples from my own practice
- Optional: For various occasions we have customized the lecture
about change towards a specific business topic and industry,
based on some research and interviews.
We strive for an active participation of the audience in my
lecture and will use examples that inspire people.

will look at inspirational organisations that anticipate these
trends in an early stage. Finally we will look at the experience
of change and how it might affect your organization.

lecture is a non threatening way of addressing change as a topic
for the future or looking back on change processes that have
been difficult. The lecture inspires the audience on the subject
of change and the various aspects of it. |

Kick-off meeting where we discuss the
setting of the lecture, the organisation and the event. The
lecture will take about 60 min. We can do additional work to
customize the lecture to some of your specific needs. |
