Our Experience as trainers

We continuously develop and give a number of trainings i.e. change, creative thinking, facilitation, decision-making, creative leadership, empowerment. The trainings are incompany or are/ were provided through the networks Fredwerk co-operates with. Training change facilitators

Our training of change facilitators enables you to develop a mindset for change and to stimulate this mindset among your employees but also clients, business partners and suppliers. Participants will receive the tools and develop the skills to enhance change while working on desired changes in their organisation.
For this we will:
- Develop a customized training that targets the main topics for
  change within the organisation;
- Train participants in the dynamics of change and let them discover
  their own coping style with change.
- Train them in using tools, techniques and ways of thinking that
  enhances change among themselves and colleagues.

What is training change facilitators?
We train you in the dynamics of change. We give you tools and techniques and enable you to develop skills in a learning by doing setting. We use your own projects, cases to obtain a real life setting. You will be facilitating change in your organisation, among your colleagues, teams and departments, etc.
         
   
Who are you?
You would like to understand more about change, reflect on your current work and receive the tools to work with change in your organisation. You are involved in restructuring business processes, redesign of products and services, innovation, creativity. You are curious towards your own changes.

What are the benefits of training?
You will develop skills and behaviour that stimulates change in your organisation. Implementation of processes and approaches to involve people, develop ideas, manage innovation and share knowledge in a wide range of organisational settings and cultures.
         
   
What does our work include?
Intake and analysis of your business setting. Training (total min. 2 days, max. 6 days). Homework assignments excuted at home and/ or workplace. Tools, training and coaching depending on case related problems.
